By booking or attending any Bendy Bodies class, workshop, private session, event or online offering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Classes, Booking & Payment
- All classes and events must be booked in advance via the official booking system.
- Class sizes may vary depending on the venue and format of the session.
- Classes may take place at different venues across West Berkshire, including Newbury and Mortimer. Venue details will always be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
- Class passes may be used across eligible weekly adult yoga classes unless otherwise stated.
- Class pass validity periods begin from the first class attended. Unused class passes expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
- Bookings and class passes are non-transferable without prior agreement.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
All bookings are subject to the Bendy Bodies Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the website and booking platform.
3. Health & Safety
- Participation is subject to completion of the booking form and acknowledgement and acceptance of the Client Waiver and Informed Consent.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate and for informing Bendy Bodies of any relevant health conditions, injuries or changes.
4. Arrival & Punctuality
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
- Late arrival may result in refusal of entry where appropriate, to avoid disruption and for safety reasons.
5. Personal Belongings
Bendy Bodies accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought to any class.
6. Children’s Classes
For children’s classes:
- A parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
- Supervision arrangements must be adhered to as outlined for each class.
- Class supervision arrangements will be appropriate to the age group and venue but do not constitute one-to-one supervision unless expressly agreed.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information.
7. Photography & Media
Photography or video may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes only where prior consent has been given. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the instructor, other participants, and venue staff. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or refusal of future participation without refund.
9. Liability
Liability relating to participation in classes and use of venues is governed by the Client Waiver and Informed Consent.
10. Changes to Classes or Terms
Bendy Bodies reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class times, instructors, venues, online platforms, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
