Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation, refund and booking terms for classes, passes, workshops and events offered by Bendy Bodies. This policy applies to all Bendy Bodies classes and events unless otherwise stated.

1. Single Class Bookings (Drop-In)

• If you cancel a booking more than 12 hours before the class start time, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class.
• If you cancel a booking less than 12 hours before the class start time, the booking is non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

2. Class Passes

• Class passes are valid from the date of first use and expire after the validity period stated at purchase unless otherwise agreed.
• Bookings made using a class pass are subject to the standard 12-hour cancellation policy:

• If you cancel a booking made with a class pass more than 12 hours before the class start time, the class credit will be returned to your account.
• If you cancel a booking made with a class pass less than 12 hours before the class start time, the class credit will be forfeited.

• Class passes are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused class pass credits cannot be extended beyond the stated validity period unless otherwise agreed.

3. Class Transfers

Bookings and class passes may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

4. Late Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. Late entry may not be permitted where it would disrupt the class or compromise safety. No refunds will be issued for late arrival.

5. If Bendy Bodies Cancels

If a class or event is cancelled by Bendy Bodies for any reason, including low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class or event.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or emergency, please get in touch directly. Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Vouchers

• Gift vouchers and promotional vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated at purchase or issue.
• Unless otherwise stated, vouchers may not be transferred, resold or used in conjunction with other offers.

8. Workshops and Special Events

• Separate cancellation terms may apply to workshops, courses, special events or collaborations and will be stated at the time of booking.

9. Changes to Classes

Bendy Bodies reserves the right to make reasonable changes to class schedules, teachers, venues, events or services where necessary.
