Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bendy Bodies, class sizes are intentionally small to create a calm and supportive environment. Each booking secures a limited space.

1. Single Class Bookings (Drop-In)

• Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the class start time will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.

2. Class Packs (4-Class Pack)

• Class packs are valid from the date of first use and expire after the validity period stated at purchase unless otherwise agreed.
• Bookings made using a class pack are subject to the standard 12-hour cancellation policy:
• If a class is cancelled with more than 12 hours’ notice, the class credit will be returned to your account.
• If a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time, the class credit will be forfeited.
• Class packs are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Class Transfers

Bookings and/or Class Packs may not be transferred to another person without prior agreement.

4. Late Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins. Late entry may not be permitted where it would disrupt the class or compromise safety. No refunds will be issued for late arrival.

5. If Bendy Bodies Cancels

If a class is cancelled by Bendy Bodies for any reason (including low attendance or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another class.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to sudden illness or emergency, please contact me directly. Requests may be considered at discretion.
